Important Stuff
(Terms & Conditions)

Here you will find all the important information you need when making a booking. Medical questionnaires; refund policy; payment terms, and all the nitty gritty.

Click on the boxes below for more information.

Scuba diving and freediving require good physical and mental health.  There are a few medical conditions which can be hazardous while diving.

When you take a scuba diving or freediving course, you will need to complete a medical form to satisfy us that you are fit to dive.  Sometimes, the medical questionnaire identifies some pre-existing condition which means that you need to seek out an evaluation by a doctor so that he/she can determine whether or not you are fit to dive.

You can download a copy of that form below.  We recommend that you review the questionnaire as soon as possible.  That way, if a medical evaluation is required, you will have plenty of time to seek that out.

If you have any questions about this form please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that  professional-level courses (eg Divemaster or IDC) require a written medical clearance by a doctor in all cases.

We know that s**t happens, and sometimes you have to cancel a booking.  We will try to help you as much as we can in this situation.  Please understand that whenever we receive a deposit to confirm a booking, we take action such as blocking our instructor’s schedule, ordering materials, reserving boat space etc.  These can attract fees and expense through third parties which we can not always avoid.

Should you have to cancel your booking or be terminated for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund policy:
